When I backed this product on kickstarter and was given an extended warranty, I wasn't sure if they would actually honor it were something to go wrong. I ended up having an issue with the mechanism that released the cards so i contacted customer service. Not only did they offer to send me a replacement for the broken one but they also sent another one just in case my other mod broke too (I had originally bought two of them.) They sent them out the same day and I received them a few days later. Kudos to OhSnap for going above and beyond to honor their warranty. I will definitely be buying new mods. Every time I pull out my wallet, I get compliments on it. Of course I recommend that they check out OhSnap and will continue to sing their praises!
